| Aerobics & Weight Loss - A Great Combination! |

The benefits of aerobics are amazing and the best part is, it’s fun, easy and can be done in the privacy of your own home. You don’t have to be a member of a high-priced gym, no special clothing is required, and you can choose the style of music you enjoy most.
Aerobics is a rhythmic exercise performed in dance to music for 30-45 continuous minutes. It increases oxygen to the heart and lungs therefore strengthening them. It also helps to maintain the body’s balance, increases body energy levels, reduces stress levels thereby helping to maintain mental peace and restore energy. It helps to maintain regular and normal blood flow which helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Best of all, it helps burn excess body fat while toning muscles.
Dance is not the only form of aerobics, either. Tennis, swimming, even jumping rope are excellent ways to experience aerobics. Any activity which can be done continuously for 30-45 minutes will help increase cardiac function, aid in weight loss, and promote healthy well being.
When Aerobics are performed steadily and combined with a well balanced diet, the overall benefits will last a lifetime. So why not make weight loss fun for a change…give Aerobics a try and amaze yourself.
