Sugar has become part of almost all our lives. Could even say we're addicted to sugar. How not, nearly every beverage and food we consume everyday is filled with sugar content. For example, fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, jams breads, breakfast cereals and many more, even the soda drink consuming nearly 10 teaspoons of sugar (the maximum allowed limit consumption of sugar in a day).

Sweet drink is eliminating thirst. Especially if you drink it cold, it feels fresh. If warm, it will feel warm and add strength. Though drinking is too sweet it would make more thirsty and thirsty again. Actually, for our bodies, sugar only increases energy, without vitamins, minerals, fiber, or anti-oxidants which can be found in natural foods. And what's more negative effects, the sugar can trigger obesity.

But it is of course not possible to eliminate sugar from our lives. Here are some easy tips to limit sugar intake into our bodies:

1. Avoid instant products or packaging, including those made with flour. Eat foods in natural form, except canned fruit or juice.
2. Eat more sweet fruit sweetener instead of sugar.
3. Stop eating habits of your favorite sweet foods for three weeks. After the interval, the taste you will experience changes and you need a sweet tooth will not be as strong as before.
4. Choose the sweetness of honey instead of sugar. In addition to more natural, honey and many the efficacies was no less sweet than regular sugar.
5. Control your urge to snack, especially sweet foods. For example, if you want to eat sweet donuts, take a break 15 minutes to think about food again, or switch to another activity.
6. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Sometimes we misunderstand dehydration as hunger.
7. Choose protein foods that can be absorbed much longer than carbohydrates and create long-lasting satiety.
8. If forced to consume the sugar, choose low-calorie sugar is widely available in the market.

After undergoing the above tips you may wish to consume sweet foods will be reduced.
